A national banking and lending institution had many initiatives that were strategically important, but little success in implementing them. This hindered the organization’s ability to achieve its growth goals, impacted performance in key operational metrics, and degraded the morale of teams charged with implementation of the initiatives.

In collaboration with our client partner, OEi planned and implemented the following key activities, which were customized to meet the unique dynamics of this Challenge:
- Designed and implemented a cross-functional, decentralized, continuous improvement Project Management approach and methodology.
