Though she has spent most of her career in healthcare, Melanie has served a variety of industries. She provides consultation, training, and development on a number of areas ranging from organizational culture and leadership development to communication and emotional resilience. She measures the success of her interactions not only by the value and impact of the information, but by ensuring a fun experience for all involved. Melanie loves connecting with people and seeing them light up when they discover tools that will help them improve their work and personal lives, feel healthier, and be happier.

Melanie’s career began as an Emergency Medical Technician, which launched her into various clinical positions in healthcare organizations across the country. After accepting a role as a patient advocate, her perspective about healthcare, and work in general, shifted dramatically. Recognizing Americans spend close to 100,000 hours at work in a lifetime, Melanie seriously believes those hours should be nothing less than awesome. She refocused her goals toward improving customer – and employee – satisfaction. She served in marketing and business development roles while pursuing her educational and personal goals.
