Matt has a strong background in project, operations and general management with a history of success in identifying and solving complex business challenges and facilitating high-stakes decision making within fast-paced, high-pressure environments using experience-backed judgment, innovation, and irreproachable integrity. This includes over ten years of Strategic Operations and Business Process Improvement Consulting, and nine years of senior / executive level operational management experience. Throughout his career Matt has developed exceptional skills in guiding rapid resolution of escalated issues, and zeroing in on the needs of customers, product owners, and corporate leadership while building win-win relationships with all stakeholders. He has a strong track record of delivering results in high-level initiatives, including turning around negative trends, achieving significant cost savings, and delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget. An advantage Matt brings is the mixture of his technical engineering and operations management background that is bolstered by an MBA in Finance. This combination allows Matt to easily bridge the gap of meeting a client’s technical and operational needs while also factoring in the impact on their financials.
