Joanna has an extensive background in organizational development and human resource development, with a history of success in helping organizations solve the tough challenges associated with workforce management, including: union avoidance, culture transformation, upgrading and/or shifting workforce skills, and building up the effectiveness of leaders and leadership teams.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Joanna spent her youth working in the family business and avidly learning from her parents as they creatively analyzed and solved business and workforce challenges. Equipped with this background and her education from one of the country’s leading business schools, Joanna has since spent over 20 years in corporate executive and entrepreneurial roles, leading the creation of innovative and pragmatic strategies that have successfully addressed the human capital challenges experienced by employers across the globe. In addition, Joanna applies her passion for and expertise in leadership development through public speaking and teaching at the university level.
