Too many times leaders just do not get the development they need. Usually due to 3 issues:

OEi took a step back and asked “how can we solve these issues?” And since we are good at solving problems, ABLD was born. Low cost, low time commitment (at least physical), and builds a foundation for broad improvements for any leader.
